Main Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the management
- Assistant to the team members and associates
- Communicating with other department and colleagues
- Complete the tasks arranged by the management accordingly
Requirements:
- Fluent in English written, excellent German reading and written skill is preferred
- Logic thinking, good organizing and coordination skills
- Attention to details
- Good computer skills with other MS Office, e.g. word, excel, powerpoint
- Good communication skills, team player
- Quick learner, initiative, self motivated
- Ideally student in graduate school, please specify the graduation time
- Can work on a full time (at least more than 3 working days) basis for the next six months
