MAERSK LINE GRADUATE PROGRAM
The objective of the Programme is to recruit and develop young professionals into high performing individuals with management and leadership experience.
Each candidate will develop:
• A full understanding of the end-to-end processes in Maersk Line
• Commercial awareness
• Management and leadership training and experience
• Job rotation, cross-functional learning and individual coaching
We’re looking for candidates with below profile:
Education: Bachelors or Masters/MBA. Shipping or Logistic background is a plus.
Working Experience: We prefer that the participant has some prior work experience in the range of 2-3 years. Previous extensive personal travel is also an advantage. Work experience might be internships, industry placements, work before or after University, or even work during University depending on the experience Prior knowledge of shipping is not necessary.
Personal Competency: Drive, leadership, business orientation, team understanding, maturity, international mindset. Good command in both English and Mandarin.
Work Location: Qingdao, Maersk Line North China Cluster
