2. Partner Resources MT 

China Support Center Management Trainee Program
The Starbucks China Management Trainee Program aims strategically to build the China organization capabilities to support the fast growth of our China business. It is also Starbucks' commitment to grow young local talents to enable them to grow with the company. The program is to attract high caliber graduates from top universities to start their career and become fast track in their career advancement to managerial level within 2 -3 years in Starbucks family.  The program is designed to develop participants with a full range of knowledge, experiences and capabilities required for an accelerated career growth. The program will provide participants with blended developmental activities including rotational assignments, formal training, coaching and mentoring, projects and work responsibilities, exchange and network.   

Supply Chain MT
The Supply Chain Management Trainee will learn China Supply Chain Operations by exploring various aspects e.g. Logistics, Planning & Service, Network planning and Procurement via a supply chain functional rotation program.

Partner Resources MT
The Partner Resources Management Trainee will learn China Partner Resources Operations by exploring various aspects e.g. staffing, total pay, learning, talent development, HR generalist via a HR functional rotation program.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Have career interest in Supply Chain & Human Resources
- Demonstrate an interest in purposing a management career
- Positive attitude, engaged and self-motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written way
- Demonstrate leadership traits at expected level
- Learning agility
- Have basic knowledge and skills of project management
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) required
- Must be willing to relocate upon business needs
- Internship experience in specific industry (preferred)
- Internship experience in specific functions (preferred)
