With Emerson’s business strategy in China, two companies were established in Beijing, one is Emerson Beijing Instrument Co. Ltd, establishing in May 2002, the other is Beijing Rosemount Far East Instrument Co. Ltd, establishing in June 1996.
In June 1996, Fisher-Rosemount and Beijing Far East Instrument Co., Ltd. worked together to set up a new joint venture in Beijing which is Beijing Rosemount Far East Instrument Co., Ltd. With successful production of 1151 smart transmitters and 1199 remote seals, we are now approved as sole producer of 1151 modules, which is one of the most profitable point in Asia Pacific. We also have the capability of pressure and temperature transmitter’s on site and factory service.
Established in May 2002, Emerson Beijing Instrument Company (EBIC) is a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise with 100% of the investment provided by Emerson. The creation of EBIC is a significant step in Emerson’s ongoing efforts to expand operations and design in China. EBIC will combine engineering talent and a culture of operational excellence to produce the next generation of industrial equipment.

对生产线提供技术支持，及时解决生产线质量、技术等问题。对生产线员工提出的合理化建议进行技术指导,领导/参与工艺、设备、材料、产品质量等方面的连续不断改进,从而使公司获得更高的生产效率及成本节约。领导或参与并按时完成全球新产品新项目引进。
·工作职责
1.对生产线提供技术支持，快速响应生产线“红灯”，及时解决生产线工艺, 设备及质量等方面的技术问题，并指导生产线严格按照生产工艺流程进行生产活动；
2.配合公司及部门完成安全培训，保证国家安全法规和公司安全生产规章制度在生产线的贯彻执行，领导或参与公司生产线安全方面的改进；
3.翻译、编制生产工艺文件，改进现有工艺使生产线获得更高的生产效率及成本节约。
4.负责对操作工进行新产品、新工艺的培训，参与新员工的技术培训工作；
5.分析生产数据，识别早期报警，从而发现问题和潜在隐患，立刻采取措施并跟踪结果；
6.积极响应生产线的合理化建议并进行技术指导，领导/参与生产线的精益、6西格码等连续不断改进活动；
7.负责为合同部特殊订单提供技术咨询。协助“快速维修中心”工程师解决客户返修表的工艺技术问题；
8.与全球工程师通过邮件、电话进行技术沟通。领导或参与全球新产品、新项目的引进工作并按时完成。

1.大学毕业或以上，主修工程或相关专业；
2.熟练应用Office办公软件；
