经济规划暑期实习生

岗位职责：

·                       区域经济/产业经济/市场面数据研究与分析

·                       参与针对政府或非政府业主提供关于城市规划、区域规划、产业规划等多方面的专业咨询服务项目

·                       协助撰写项目报告

 

职位要求:

·                       研究生二年级学生（2012年毕业）

·                       经济、房地产、地理、城市规划、旅游管理等相关专业

·                       较强的人际交流、报告写作能力

·                       在经济政策、数据等方面具有较强的分析能力

·                       具有强烈的工作责任心、学习的热忱以及团队合作意识

·                       具有较高的抗压能力，适应较快的工作节奏

·                       熟悉PPT、EXCEL等办公软件

·                       有参与过项目及报告写作经历优先

 

薪资待遇:

·                       实习期工资待遇2500元/月—3000元/月

·                       择优录用为正式员工，提供完善的福利及极具竞争力的薪酬待遇

      Economic intern

Responsibilities:

·                       Research local and regional economic issues.

·                       Provide consultative services to governmental and nongovernmental agencies regarding urban and rural regeneration.

·                       Assist draft and prepare reports based on project outcomes.

·                       Project assistant for small to medium sized projects, including ensuring deadlines are met, financial management, and staff management.

 

Job Requirements:

·                       Second year postgraduate students in regional economics, real estate, geography, urban planning, tourism, social science, or related fields.

·                       Detail-oriented.

·                       Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.

·                       Excellent communication and writing skills are a must.

·                       Good numeracy skills and experience with socioeconomic data analysis.

·                       Some experience of report writing.

·                       A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment.

·                       Relevant experience working in a regeneration or economic development environment would be advantageous.
