Job Title: Services Marketing Intern, Greater China

Job Description 

This internship role will focus on execution for marketing programs, communication with event vendors and maintaining department website and customer databases. The role will provide the candidate valuable experience in managing strategic issues, develop relationships and mentorship from senior CISCO managers for the intern's educational and career development. It also allows the candidate to gain exposure to many functional areas of the Cisco business. The internship will be a valuable experience for the candidates who are pursuing Marketing Communication as his/her career path. 

Key responsibilities include:
1.    Working with marketing colleagues during preparation of  marketing events, such as communicate with vendors in planning event agenda and logistic arrangement, editing visual and communication materials, summarizing customer/partner feedbacks, analyzing marketing and competitive information, etc;

2.    Supporting content creation and delivering for internal and external EDMs, meetings and websites. Translating, editing and prove-reading marketing collaterals/newsletters, maintaining partners/customer database.

3.    Maintaining and updating websites, collecting and categorizing market intelligence, etc.

4.    Responsibilities could be enlarged accordingly to candidate's skills and performances.

Job Requirements: 
  Ongoing university student, majored in marketing, business management,    information technology or English, MBA or graduate candidate preferred
  Ability to work within set time/effort/quality constraints 
  Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  Ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders 
  Strong Analytical and problem solving skills

  Attention to details
  Quick learner, initiative, self motivated
  Fluent spoken and written English
  Good computer skills with other MS Office, e.g. word, excel, PowerPoint
  Can work on a full time basis (>3 days per week) 

Duration: Up to 6 months
