1. Radio Network Planning and Optimization Specialist 

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The purpose of this job is to technical lead one team to provide network design and 

performance related services by centralized model . Project engagement and 

customer oriented approach are essential for delivering results within agreed timeline. 

The network design and performance specialist has common understanding of 

telecommunications and wireless technologies. He/she is capable of using design and

 measurement tools effectively in his work, including internal and external troubleshooting 

tools. The engineer has TDSCDMA or WCDMA technology competence area, where

 he/she understands system technology in parameter level and also knows the latest features. 

He/she is able to handle all design and performance activities in the main competence area. 

The network design and performance specialist works commonly in customer projects , the

 project can be in trial, tendering, design or optimization phase. The typical tasks are:

-QOE service optimization project
- support LTE dimensioning 
- network design
- performance analysis activities
- basic configuration optimization
- parameter tuning
- network performance audit  
- Dissertation optimization

REQUIREMENTS:

University degree in Telecommunication and/ or RF- engineering
 ALU , E/// , Huawei, Nokia  2G/3G optimization  3 years above experience preferred
 Fluent in English
 Good communication and presentation skills

in mobile core network.

The main responsibilities include several of the following, depending on your background

 and personal interest your main responsibility:

- Create the network design requirements and communicate with the customers
- Deliver the network connectivity design and dimensioning report
- Deliver the detail network data parameter planning results 
- Deliver the KPI and signaling analysis and optimization results 
- Participation in pilot product and service projects for new systems/technologies
- Support the tool development work if needed

REQUIREMENTS:
Common requirements:
- BSc or MSc degree
- good technical writing and presentation skills
- CS core or PS core background

- IP networking understanding
- Several years experience from the Mobile CS or PS core domain, preferably 

planning/optimization
- Fluency in English, spoken and written

And following requirements depending on main responsibilities:
Cisco or Huawei certification 
Solid understanding and minimum 2 years relevant experience from :
- Network design and optimization for SGSN, GGSN, IP Backbone, MSC 

Server system, SIGTRAN, distributed HLR solutions or IP Multimedia subsystem
- Usage of mobile core signaling collection and analysis tool (i.e. Tektronix)
