Job Description
•    Support the team in procurement processes (mainly focus on internal SAP/EBP system).
•    Vendor selection and negotiation in English and Chinese.
•    Projects follow-up (budget calculation, project proposal, finance payment, project conclusion documents editing & filing).
•    Assist team members on work issues in all areas of coordination with other teams and departments. 
•    Classify internal documents and update database.
•    Conduct Business Travel Application for manager including flight reservation and expense claim.

Qualifications & Requirements: 
University students & Full-time work for 6 months
Preferred start date: July 11th.

Perfect Mandarin and proficient English (both written and spoken);
Proficient with MS Office tools (esp. MS Excel and PowerPoint); 
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a multi-cultural environment;
Quick learner, self-reliant and detail oriented working style with good planning and organizational skills;
