Senior Analyst

We are looking for analysts to workwith our General Industrial Services, Mergers & Acquisitions andTelecom/Media/Technology Groups.
Forthese specific groups we require candidates to have some relevant experience infinance/accounting and financial analysis.

Reports to: Associate

Execution

- Gathering andanalyzing financial and operating information for corporations and industries

- Creating statistical summaries that analyze comparative financial performance

- Assisting associates and third year analysts to prepare for client presentations

- Participating actively in the execution of financings and M&A transactions

- In-depth industryresearch and analysis

 

Marketing

Work with Sector Team Leader togather information on companies, investors and market data

 

Requirement：

 

- Approximately two years (or plus) ofwork experience in finance/accounting or strong relevant academic background

- Degree concentration in math/sciences/technologyis desirable

- Good understanding of accountingprinciples and concepts

- Quick learner and adaptability
