Statistician / 统计研发工程师

Responsibilities:

1. Lead members of our software development team in the design and implementation of advanced statistical analysis tools, in area such as Multivariate Analysis, Design of Experiments etc.

2. Guide our documentation team in creating detailed feature documentation, case studies, tutorials, and multimedia presentations on all statistical features in our products.

3. Work closely with key customer sites such as pharmaceutical companies, providing them with expert advice in optiaml use of our products.

4. Provide training and consulting services to customers.

5. Demonstrate products to potential customers via online meetings and at tradeshows.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Statistics or Biostatistics

2. Work experience as statistician in commercial sector is a plus

3. Experience with Statistical Analysis software such as SAS, JMP, Minitab, and SPSS

4. Excellent written and oral commincation skills

5. Ability to work in a team environment

6. Enthusiasm in helping customers understand and utilize our products to best suit their needs

职责：

1. 带领开发部门研究开发多元统计分析，实验设计等统计分析功能及算法

2. 编写相应的技术文档及资料，搜集测试数据及用例

3. 为客户提供相应的技术支持

4. 为客户提供培训服务

5. 在线或赴展会演示Origin产品功能

要求：

1. 统计专业硕士以上学历

2. 有统计模块开发经验者优先考虑

3. 有SAS， JMP，Minitab, SPSS 等统计软件使用经验

4. 英语口语流利，写作能力强

5. 良好的团队合作精神

6. 良好沟通，表达能力，有兴趣对为客户提供技术支持服务

Responsibilities:

1. Write, review, and edit technical user documentation and product marketing materials.

2. Gathering of sample and test data and create examples for documentation.

3. Analysis of competing products and become expert user of these products

4. Provide technical support to customers

Qualities Required

1. MS in Physics, Physical Chemistry, Applied Math, or related fields.

2. Experience with Origin, MATLAB, Mathematica is highly desirable.

3. Excellent writing and oral English.

4. Good analytical capability.

5. Good interpersonal skills and team-work spirit.

技术服务工程师

职责：

1. 编写技术相关文档及资料

2. 搜集测试数据及用例

3. 熟悉精通Origin的竞争软件

4. 技术支持 (与客户沟通解决问题)

要求：

1. 硕士学历，数理，统计相关专业优先

2. 有Origin, Matlab, Mathematica 等分析软件使用经验者优先考虑

3. 优异的英文写作能力及表达能力

4. 良好的逻辑分析能力

5. 有良好的沟通、表达能力和团队合作精神
