1、人力资源助理(实习生)
  
HR Intern
This is an excellent internship opportunity for current undergraduate or postgraduate business school students. You will gain valuable work experience as well as international exposure. As a member of the Human Resources team, you will support all HR coordination works. You will primarily focused in scheduling interviews, working closely with the recruiters, hiring managers and working directly with candidates from the U.S., Europe, China, HK, Japan, and other parts of the world. You will also prepare staffing reports and conduct analysis for business decisions, attend HR meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English . The challenges of the role are that you have to work with people from different time zone, cultures and may face with unexpected requests. Ability to deal with multiple tasks at the same time and still be able to organize everything in a highly accurate and efficient manner is essential.  You must also have excellent interpersonal skills and have the courage to resolve problems and deal with issues which you may not had encountered before.  Through this Internship practice, you will have a great chance gain exposure in a multinational company, work with people around the globe, and be part of the exciting global expansion of emoi.  
We also expect the candidate to have similar values with emoi - have passion for life, have passion to be the best, and pay attention to the environment.
Internship duration: May to August 2011 (candidates with immediate availability is preferred)
Working hour: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
Monthly salary: RMB 2,000 per month

2、人力资源助理(全职)
HR Assistant
Responsibilities
- Assist the supervisor to build and improve the over-all HR system, including recruitment, training, C&B, performance management, employee relations.
- Execute all practice of human resource management and implement various rules and regulations to support other departments.
- Assist in recruitment, handle the stuff's resignation, relocation and promotion.
- Assist in new employee training, business training, execute training program, track and feedback the training effect.
- Set up and maintain the HR files, make and update the labor contract.
- Deal with the stuff's social insurance, residence permit, etc.
- Other human resource management work.
Requirements
- Have passion for life, pay attention to environment.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management or related.
- Familiar with HR management process and national labor laws and regulation.
- Both responsible and ethical, strong communication and coordination skills, good team player.
- Fluent English.

职责:
- 协助上级建立健全公司招聘、培训、薪酬福利、绩效考核、员工关系等人力资源管理工作;
- 执行人力资源管理各项实务操作和实施各类规章制度,配合其他业务部门工作;
- 协助招聘工作,办理员工入职、离职、调任、升迁等手续;
- 协助开展新员工入职培训、业务培训,执行培训计划,联系组织外部培训以及培训效果的跟踪、反馈;
- 建立、维护人事档案,办理和更新劳动合同;
- 负责办理社会保险、居住证等;
- 其他人力资源管理工作;

要求:
- 热爱生活,关注环境;
- 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理专业,有相关人力资源助理工作实习经验者优先;
- 熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程,熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策,并能实际操作运用;
- 具有良好的职业道德,踏实稳重,工作细心,责任心强,有较强的沟通、协调能力,有团队合作精神;
- 英文流利。
