岗位要求: 5.0 SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
((要求高分子材料专业,英语良好.公司提供到美国的培训机会.)

5.1 Bachelor's Degree in Polymer Chemistry or related field
5.2 Able to communicate well with colleagues in English, written and verbal.
5.3 Mechanical aptitude.
5.4 Production experience preferred.
5.5 Demonstrated initiative, ability to learn, problem-solving skills. 








2.0 SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
2.1 Provide leadership in materials technology and processing.
2.2 Act as a technical liaison with material suppliers and compounders.
2.3 Stay current with respect to new materials and processing technologies.
2.4 Maintain close communication with operations and sales to insure their needs are being met and to provide them with up-to-date information on technology affecting their operations.
2.5 Prompt response to production problems
2.6 Successful identification of new materials and processes.
2.7 Work with the suppliers to resolve material problems and maintain the required quality of incoming materials
2.8 Provide technical support to the quality and operations groups in resolving material issues
2.9 Works with FFNA Technology Group to support material testing and development of materials for various global entities
2.10 Works with outside suppliers to develop new materials
2.11 Prepare and adhere to project schedules and raises issues to meet project deadlines and takes necessary steps to resolve.
2.12 Analyze test data and reports to determine if material properties meet functional and performance specifications.
2.13 Evaluate and approves material design and specification changes.
2.14 Provide technical support for existing materials and processes.
