财富里昂证券有限责任公司（以下简称"财富里昂"）是中国加入世界贸易组织后获准设立的首家中外合资证券公司。2003年4月25日，中国总理温家宝和法国总理拉法兰(Jean-Pierre Raffarin)出席在人民大会堂举行的合资公司运营协议的签字仪式，标志着财富里昂的正式成立。财富里昂注册资本为5亿元人民币，股东分别为财富证券有限责任公司和里昂证券资本市场有限责任公司（CLSA Asia-Pacific Market）。

Title: Legal and Compliance Assistant （法律合规专员）

 

Location: Shanghai

 

Responsibilities:

-Provide compliance advices and day to day support to business development to ensure the compliance with regulatory requirements;

-Work with company various functions and providing timely and qualified legal opinions internally;

-Draft, review, negotiate and advise on different types of related contracts and legal documents;

-Enhance business managers' awareness of legal and compliance issues and implications;

-Coordinate with related regulatory authorities to secure approvals and good relationship;

-Support Standards of Business Ethics, provide advice, conduct legal and compliance training, and support investigations;

-Deal with insider trading prevention and anti-laundering affairs;

-Keep up-to-date on law and policy developments which will have impact for business in China; and

-Report to the Legal & Compliance Manager.

 

Requirements:

-Bachelor of law (LL.B.) or above from a well-known university home or abroad;

-Fluent spoken and written English, good drafting skill (bilingual languages) is a must;

- Dual degree (English major) is a plus;

-Good team worker, excellent communication skills, positive working attitude;

- Good judgment, strong analytical skills, integrity;

-With intern or working experience in international law firm or international financial institution;

-PRC securities industry practitioner qualification is a plus; and

-PRC Judiciary qualification is a plus.
