Dept.:  BMW China Automotive Trading Ltd.   Marketing - Events Team

Time: 2011.7-2011.12, Six months, Full-time

Description:

1. Supporting in actual operation of New Products Launch, Auto Show, Golf Event and VIP program etc.

2. Responsible for internal purchasing process of projects, coordinate in cross-department  and with vendors, assist in administration, hospitality of events and other paper works.

Requirements:

1. Responsible; working in pressure; strong interpersonal skills;

2. Good command of written and oral English;

3. Good command of PPT and Excel;

4. Strong passion in marketing is a plus.

ps. 在这里工作很开心，老板和同事都很nice，工作内容有意思也能学到很多东西，有机会去参加各种High-level的活动，也可以尽可能多地参与各种大型活动的组织实施流程。就是会比其它部门稍微辛苦些，我老板很看重时间是否能保证，一定要六个月全职，没遇到大事不要请假，遇到项目比较忙的时候会加班，因此prefer下学期没有课或者保研的同学。
