We have a highly-skilled management team in Shenzhen composed of Western and local staff, combining local cultural roots with Western educational backgrounds and sensibility.

Job Description:

- Key-in clients payment into system on a daily basis
- Key-in Accounting voucher into system on a daily basis
- Handle Client's email on a daily basis
- Settle clients' prepayment in system on a weekly basis
- Write-off prepayment in accounting system on a monthly basis
- Write-off Credit Note in system on a weekly basis
- Write-off bad debt in system on a yearly basis
- Validate expenses reimbursement
- Accounting document filing and management
- Fixed Assets card input and maintain in system

Qulification
- College degree in finance and accounting subject or equivalent;
- Good computer skill and Finance software
- Good communication skill and teamwork behavior.
- Good Command of English both written and oral
- Able to work in a fast pace environment, hardworking and self-motivated.
