Resourcer - 招聘信息员 (兼职/实习)

 

Job Responsibilities:

- Preparing online advertising

- Prescreening applicants' CVs

- Interview arrangement and confirmation

- Database entry

- Sending standard No Go or company invitation emails

- Arranging reference check & pre-employment medical check arrangement

 

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

- Degree/Diploma qualified in HR, Logistics or Supply Chain

- Previous experience in relevant HR consulting/ headhunting industry is highly preferred

- Highly responsive and has an eye for details

- Native Mandarin Speaker with good command of English in both Oral and Writing

- Matured and logical thinking

- Excellent interpersonal skills, open-minded and proactive

- Capability to meet deadlines

- Willing to learn
