Job description:
●    Provide professional and courteous receptionist and operator assistance
●    Handle all incoming and outgoing mails by fax, post or courier
●    Arrange travel bookings and hotel reservations for Shenzhen employees, oversea visitors, and customers
●    Arrange schedule of company cars in Shenzhen office
●    Maintain professional and effective working environment for Shenzhen office
o    Ensure office (including storeroom) is clean and tidy
o    Ensure all equipments are in proper operation
o    Ensure office plants are well conditioned, and renewed/replenished when necessary
o    Set up and maintain filing system, so that records are updated and easily retrieved
o    Maintain storeroom's inventory thru real-time registration and monthly stock tracking
●    Organize employee quarterly birthday party
o    Process sales leads collected from Marketing department and send out to distributors accordingly
o    Assist in business related documentations/equipments preparation, distribution, and collection
o    Make restaurant reservations
o    Handle employee's visa or passport applications when it's for business purpose
●    Set up audio/video conference systems for join-office meetings or trainings
●    Manage and update Shenzhen office security system
