specialist on hair growth
Salary: 5000-12000 RMB/month
Shall develop,validate and conduct complex new methods and assays focused on supporting research in the areas of hair growth. Must have extensive experience on animal and hair growth models,
Responsibility:
1. Support research by providing specialty technical services (dose administration, blood collection, record keeping and additional services) ;
2. Design and set up the new animal model related to hair growth;
3. Perform routine animal husbandry and welfare duties as directed
4. Observe and report status of animal health, food and water consumption, appearance, behaviour.
5. Maintain and perform housekeeping of facility support areas.
6. Demonstrate knowledge in and use of all facility support equipment (washers, autoclaves, AWS, jacks, hoods, etc) for established safety and operations requirements.
Requirements:
1. Ph.D degree;
2. relevant working experience, especially industry experience ;
3. Good spoken and written English;
4. Well-organized person.

Formulation specialist
Salary: 5000-12000 RMB
Should have the ability to formulate new technologies and delivery designs to advance lead compound R&D developed especailly for peptide field.
Responsibility:
1.Develop and optimize new formulations and delivery devices, including the use of innovative to improve safety, stability, client acceptance and cost-savings of peptide drug;
2.Develop, validate and conduct appropriate characterization studies for new formulations; provide expertise to collaborative efforts with preclinical scientists.
3.Leading and supervising in processing optimization, incorporating new technologies, practices and standards into peptide drug processing and manufacturing.
Requirements:
1. Ph.D., Pharm.D, with relevant experience; peptide research experience preferred.
2. Excellent written and oral English language and communication skills.
