Job Description -Designer

About Prove it
Prove it is a Sweden based company. The head quarter called Prove it AB and located in Stockholm. Due to the reasonof our expansion, we are now looking for 4 numbers of designers for ourbranch Prove it Shanghai

We create high quality image productssuch as floor plans, edited images and illustrated 3D services for our clients in the real estate sector. With many years of experience and development we have reach a high level in our services. With clients in Sweden and Norway, we are now taking further steps in an international expansion.

About the job opportunity as Designer

As designer you will in charge of producing all artworks of our company. Meanwhile, you have to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our products in terms of quality and delivery time lines.
You should keep pace with any updated information and work methods from headquarter.

There are great opportunities to grow within the company and your work will have great impact on our future expansion.

Responsibilities of Designer

- Cooperate on training process

- Make sure that you could create high quality image products and floor plan

- Follow up the updates of work instructions and company information

- Aim to communicate with seniors in English

Experiencesand Qualifications

- Good Knowledge of 3D programs and work is preferred

- English Speaker is preferred

- At least 3 years experience or study in interior design, environmental design or related areas

Individual qualities

- Able to arrange jobs orderly and be cautious in handling affairs

- Responsibility and reliability

- Able to work under pressure

Salary and Treatment

- Salary is composed of the monthly salary and the monthly bonus

- Monthly salary to be discussed

- Monthly Bonus is based on the workload and personal performance

- Probation time is 3 months, monthly bonus is not count in this period

- Annual Leave: Starting annual leave is 10 days. Start from the second year, you will get one more day holiday for each year service

- Other requirements can be discussed during the interview

工作职责
- 接受公司的培训
- 确保高效和高速的完成公司的平面图和图片编辑质量的产品
- 准确掌握公司新信息和工作方法的更新
- 有需要用英文进行沟通的可能性

经验与资历
- 优先考虑从室内设计或者环境设计专业毕业的及其他相关领域或有相关工作经验和能力的应聘者
- 优先考虑有英语沟通能力的应聘者
- 本科及以上

个人素质
- 有序组织工作的能力和谨慎处理公司事务的能力
- 工作责任心和可靠性
- 有能力承受工作压力

待遇
- 由月薪和每月奖金组成
- 月薪面议
- 每月奖金根据员工的工作量和员工表现来决定
- 试用期3个月，试用期间不计算奖金
- 按公司规定，起始带薪年假为10 天，每工作一年年假增加一天
