Positions：

 

猎头助理（AC）/Admin

・         Work closely with and under Senior Consultants in the recruitment process for their clients

・         Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistent manner, conduct preliminary telephone screening of the candidates approached,

・         Database management: updating, segmenting, uploading new CVs and appraisals into Company database

・         Assist in job posting, ad content and placement, resume review, candidate screening and interviewing

Qualification:

・         5 working days, fresh graduate would be great.

・         Interest, an open-mind and a learning attitude.

・         Hard work, detail - oriented

・         To get along with other team-members well and to communicate in an open and honest way.
