招聘职位：硬件工程师(控制电路或功率电路) Hardware Engineer

工作地点：南京

Mission:

A HW Electrical engineer has a deep understanding of the development especially electrical know-how, processes, tools such as Menter, CR5000 and CADIM needed in their working field. He is solving development tasks assigned to them independently in the desired quality and according to the agreed upon deadline.

Job Description:

1.      HW function realization refers to project requirements. (realization of work package)

2.      HW function verification and testing, related review in order to meet the project requirement.

3.      Independent execution of the tasks assigned to him in time.

4.      Responsible for electrical schematic design, PCB routing instruction, cost and effort estimation, (Design of work package)

5.      Result documentation and transfer of work package.

Qualifications:

1.      Knowledge on PLC or Motion control

2.      Processes relevant for HW department, PLM processes specially the interface to HW development

3.      Good at English or German.

招聘职位：软件工程师(工业控制及驱动) – Software Engineer

工作地点：南京

Mission:

Responsible for quality, functionality and schedule of the work package assigned to him/her.

Job Description:

1. Estimate and plan the effort for his/her SW work package

2. Derive SW features from the product requirements

3. Design, realize and test his/her SW work package independently, align with and even contribute to the overall SW architecture.

4. Actively communicate/coordinate with other SW team members to reach the overall project target.

Qualifications:

1.        Language in C, C  with OOD, OOP concept;

2.        Experienced in engineering tool development for PLC. Better to have knowledge / background in Automation or Numeric control domain and the instances of these domain products can be PLC, Drive, HMI, NC, etc.

3.        Better to have knowledge in the different SW development phases like define, design, implementation and test.

4.        Good at English or German.

招聘职位：电机电磁设计工程师 – Electro-Magnetic Design of PMSM

工作地点：南京

Mission:

Responsible for design of magnetic circuit and windings

Job Description:

1.        Electromagnetic product support regarding Permanent-Magnet Servomotors

2.        Product development, design to cost and design to manufacturing regarding electro-magnetic aspects

3.        Responsible for estimating the effect on motor specific values due to modifications on design and manufacturing process

4.        Support of production regarding electro-magnetic motor characteristics

5.        Responsible for motor data sheet for customers and info documents for production of motor active parts and windings.

6.        Production accompanying tests and analysis in terms of production support

7.        Contact person regarding electro-magnetic aspects for production, product management, sales, procurement, etc.

 

Qualification:

1.      Successfully completed university education, with a (master) degree in electrical engineering

2.      Electro-magnetic design and operation of three-phase permanent-magnet servomotors

3.      Analytical electromagnetic calculations, electrical dimensioning and estimation of specific values for motors

4.      Testing of inverter supplied permanent-magnet servomotors

5.      Experience with international companies or in international projects desirable

6.      Good at English or German.

招聘职位：结构设计工程师 – Mechanical Design Engineer

工作地点：南京

Mission:

Deep understanding of the development know-how especially in mechanical design, processes, and tools needed in their department. He is solving development tasks assigned to them independently in the desired quality and according to the agreed upon deadline.

Job Description

1.        Independent execution of the assigned tasks and document them with high quality

2.        Implement mechanical design and development for new products

3.        Estimate work package efforts and schedule for mechanical design

4.        Support material team in technical side

5.        Internal support, product care after the product released.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or related. Master preferred;
3. Background/Experience in Mechanical Construction Design;
4. Comprehensive knowledge in Plastic design;
5. Experienced in metal sheet, electrical-mechanical components and die-casting part design;
6. Experience with Pro/E or UG;
7. Good at English or German.

招聘职位：系统测试工程师(工业控制及驱动)  – System Test Engineer

工作地点：南京

Mission:

Design test method and test system and preform test for Drive/inverter/servo motor

Job Description:

1.        Understand product requirement, feature specification and design documents, create test cases and make test plan for the product including cost/effort estimation.

2.        Design and set up test system in a proper way.

3.        Make test program and implement test according test plan, make necessary record and archive for all test data.

4.        Responsible for release the product for R&D according to test result analysis.

5.        Work according to test management process and lab management regulation.

6.        Create new test method to continue improvement, e.g. create automation test to improve test coverage and repeatability.

Qualifications:

1.          Bachelor or above, major in automatic control, electronics or communication related

2.          Knowledge of control principle, application experiences of drive and servo motor.

3.          Customer support or development experiences is preferred
