Job Position: Project Engineer                                                                          27 May 2011
      
Job summary:
      
 As a project engineer in our team, responsibility involve project schedule following up, tooling manufacturing, and production, also involving quality checking. More job tasks will be involved due to the rapid growing of the company.

 Core Responsibilities:  
1.    Follow up projects manufacturing process and production schedule, such as mold making, injection molding (mainly), Die casting, Stamping etc.
2.    Work together with local vendor & supplier; provide technical support for manufacturing, production.
3.    First trial shot follow up onsite, samples measurements checking and providing reports, improvements suggestion for mold and molding issue. Secondary process also involve, such as chrome plating, lacquering, silk screen etc
4.    Quality checking onsite before shipments.
5.    Estimate certain manufacturing & production risk, pre-arranges the necessary tasks to avoid it.
6.    Before start manufacturing, review products drawing, provide suggestion for design and manufacturing & production if necessary.

   Qualifications

1.     Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years of experience for plastic molding industry relevant area.
2.     Familiar with Pro/engineer CAD software,.
3.     Familiar with normal plastic material performance and manufacturing, involving injection molding, material bonding   technology etc.
4.    Familiar with manufacturing process, such as mold making, die casting, stamping and secondary process.
5.    Positive teamwork attitude and honesty.
6.    Good English communication in written form and speaking is a must.
