Job Title: Researcher/猎头招聘专

Purpose of the Job:

• 协助顾问与客户保持良好的沟通；
• 根据客户的要求，协助顾问搜寻合适的候选人，通过多种方式主动搜寻人才，与候选人进行有效沟通，对候选人进行初步筛选、测试；
• 撰写推荐报告；
• 分析相关的市场信息，整理并完成项目信息，填写项目管理系统更新信息
• 与顾问进行项目回顾及分析

Requirements:

1、本科以上学历，英语四级以上；

2、对咨询行业富有极高的热情，热爱猎头事业；
3、良好的分析、判断、沟通能力，并有优秀的学习及解决问题的能力；

 

4、善于进行人才甄选，具有很强的电话交流能力，有电话销售经验优先；

5、有招聘经验者优先；
 

 

上班地点：威海路
