职位要求	二、 招聘职位 （一）设备工程师 FAB Equipment Engineer 招聘人数：3 岗位职责Job Responsibility 1. 追踪处理所负责区域的当机设备。 Follow up on down equipments. 2. 执行预防性维护程序。 Do preventative maintenances to the equipments. 3. 订购机台备件，追踪未到货备件。当备件无法修复时，寻找合适的供应商供货，提供设备信息，并交涉交货期。 Order necessary parts for equipment. Follow up on parts that have not arrived. If parts are not repairable in house, find a vendor to ship them to. Communication of equipment information and lead-time with vendors. 4. 评估设备功能，处理所属设备的异常情况（安装，排除故障，整修，校验，检查等）。 Evaluation of equipment functionality in assigned department. Trouble shooting,  Installation, Debugging, Renovation, Calibration, Verification for assignment equipment 5. 必要时接受其他项目或任务。 Undertake any special projects and tasks as required.        6． 改善设备运行效率，降低设备运行成本。                Improve the machine working efficiency and decrease equipment running cost. 任职要求Requirements 1. 电气自动化、电子设备设计与制造、电子工程专业大学毕业（应届毕业生亦可）。 B.S. in electric automation, electronic equipment design and manufacturing, electronic engineering. 2. 具备丰富的电路知识，如有实际的电路板维修经验更佳 。 Rich knowledge of circuit. Circuit board repair experience is preferred. 3. 通过大学英语4级 考试。 CET-4 certificated. 4. 良好的有效沟通技巧，包括口头沟通和书面沟通。 Efficient verbal and written communication skills  （二）倒班工艺工程师 Fab Shift  Process Engineer        招聘人数：1 岗位职责Job Responsibility 1、Maintain production line process during shift        管理产线日常的工艺流程 2、Takeover / pass down and continue unfinished process related job        保证未完成的工艺流程持续进行 3、Dispose nonconforming lots on time       及时处理原因不明的问题 4、Help process engineer to do process test /tuning etc       协助工艺工程师进行测试或者试验等 任职要求Requirements 1. Major in : BS in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics or equivalent experience 工程、化学、物理或相关专业本科毕业 2. Fresh student, experienced is preferred 应届毕业生，有经验者尤佳 3. Good writing and speaking in Chinese ,and English is level 4 qualified. 英语书写及口语熟练，CET4以上 4. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 熟练Excel, Work及PPT等办公软件 （三）测试工程师 Test Engineer        招聘人数：1 岗位职责Job Responsibility 1、开发必要的测试电路/设备,进行各种测试/特性分析. Develop required setups and execute needed tests/characterization. 2、利用统计手段总结并提供分析数据.. Summarize and provide analysis of data in statistically sound manner.  3、利用各种软硬件手段比如VEE,Labview, Visual Basic或其它方法来自动化/优化测试流程,从而加快测试或数据收集/分析. Automate/improve test procedures using hardware and software tools such as VEE, Labview, Visual Basic, and others to speed testing or data collection/analysis. 4、给实验室客户提供详细的失效分析报告. Provide detailed Failure Analysis Reports to lab customers for failed devices. 5、管理技术员的工作,并提供帮助或详细的指导. Manage engineering work performed by technicians and provide assistance/guidance as needed with clear instruction. 任职要求Requirements 1、电子、电气、机电、化学、机械等工程类本科毕业生，有半导体相关工作经验尤佳。 Major in : Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred), fresh graduate, or have experience in  semiconductor characterization Engineering is better. 2、能够很好地适应工作，关注细节，有恒心 Ability to thrive in a changing environment and to deal with uncertainty, pay attention to details and follow through. 3、英语口语和书面能力熟练 Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. 4、良好的办公软件应用能力. Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills.
