Technologies we use:

python, django, couchdb, postgresql and other cutting edge open source tools.

we follow agile development style, encourage write a lot unit tests and conduct continous integration as much as we can, however we use best tools to automate these.

Senior Software Engineer

necessary:

1) Bachelor's degree, computer related major.

2)Basic english oral and written communication

3) Has a long lasting passion for innovation. Can see problem in a unique view and come up with creative solutions.

4)3-5 years' experience in software development with at least 3 years' latest expericen in web applications. Deep understanding in web technologies and theories.

5) Familiar with python and django. Or happy to work with python as major programming language in future works. Knowing NoSQL database, such as Couchdb, is a big plus.

6) Can lead and coach junior developers to achieve team goals.

高级软件工程师

必要条件：

1）计算机相关专业本科或以上

2）基本的英语读写能力

3）具有持续的创新热情，能够从独特的角度分析问题，并提出创造性的解决方案。

1）3－5年软件开发经验，至少最近3年从事Web相关开发工作。精通互联网编程的相关基本原理。

2）熟悉python,django。或者在今后的工作中愿意使用python作为主要工作编程语言。对于非关系数据库，比如Couchdb有经验将非常有帮助。

3）能够管理和帮助经验较少的团队成员共同完成项目任务。

Software Engineer (Trainee or Internship)

Necessary:

1)bachelor degree, computer related. We encourage fresh graduates to apply. College students are encouraged apply for internship.

2)love creative environment, passionate to innovation, always look for smartest solution.

3)English communication both oral and written

You are not necessarily have deep experience in all the technologies we use, but we prefer you already enough understanding in web based application and common web technologies, such as html, javascript, css, http protocol, sql query language. comfortable with linux working envionment is a plus. even better, if you also have experience in jquery, ajax, MVC, design, data modelling.

If you are very interested in Python and related open source technologies, we are very keen to see your resume as soon as possible

必要条件：

我们不要求你已经精通我们使用的所有技术，但是希望你已经具有一定的Web系统的相关基础知识，比如HTML, javascript, css, http协议以及SQL语言。如果你已经熟悉在Linux环境下写程序，那么最好，不过这不是必须的。如果你已经有相当的项目经验并且了解比如jquery, ajax, MVC设计模式或者数据建模等，我们更是欢迎你的加入。如果你对于python以及相关的开源系统有浓厚兴趣，那么我们建议你立即把你的简历发给我们。
