招聘专员:
工作职责:
根据客户的具体要求,使用公司数据库/互联网和冷电话等方法为客户搜寻合适人才;
与职位潜在候选人进行初步沟通,为招聘顾问和客户面试候选人做好必要的准备工作;
按照招聘顾问和客户的要求,修改合适候选人的简历,并制作推荐报告给到客户;
按照公司要求,不断总结和改进自己的工作,维护公司数据库和提升自己的工作效率;
帮助招聘顾问完成其它的工作,自己独立负责一些初级的任务,达成公司的业务指标。
岗位要求:
本科以上学历,人力资源/英语/理工科专业优先;
有志于在人力资源和招聘领域长期职业发展;
积极的态度,良好的人际沟通能力;
自我激励,有上进心,能在压力下工作;
良好的英语和计算机水平,不低于英语四级,英语六级以上优先。
