Main tasks：

1.Responsible for daily banking journal, prepare the daily cash balance report

2.In charge of weekly payment run, bank slip collection, foreign currency payment process etc. ensure all the vouchers, supporting documents etc. are timely and properly filed according to the defined policies and standards.

3.Strong follow e-bank system operation, input data into e-banking system timely and accurately. Support with the related issues of e-banking and new bank account open or close or other bank related transactions. Follow all of the accounting procedure, company process strictly.

4.Assist AP accountant in the FX verification and import documentation gathering and submission.Follow all the month end closing schedule, prepare monthly bank Reconciliation /vat reconciliation

5.Prepare all the payment vouchers for accounting team (Bank charge、VAT、Stamp TAX、bank transfer ect. )Other ad hoc tasks such as Verify input & output VAT invoice, weekly treasury Report, assist prepare annual filing, annual audit focus on the cash and bank issue etc

Experience and education：

-Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar area.

-Shanghai University of Finance and Economics--Accounting(First Major)/Financial(Second Major)

-Fluent in English and good computer skill ;

-Strong willingness to learn and capable of adapting oneself into a new organization and environment;

-Be patient on routine work.

-Careful and love the accounting work.
