PURPOSE
Develop activities concerning Bottom 20 GPO.
MAIN DUTIES (JOB DESCRIPTION)
l Acquire supplier contact information when missing
l Acquire missing SRM Ts & Cs from Suppliers.
l Send Bottom 20% RFQ files to Suppliers.
l Review and analyze potential MPN Cost Saving or Cost Increases and notify correspondent GCM/RSM.
l Request price upload when accepted by GCM.
REQUIREMENTS
l Student of University.
l Economic administrative or engineering mayors.
l Bilingual (English).
l Software knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point).
l Works 5 days a week for at least consecutive 6 months, 4 hours a day.
l Working location in Shenzhen Nanshan.
