What is Mystery Shopping?

Mystery shopping is an important tool in controlling the brand’s service quality and in closing the gap between company requirements and sales team reality. It provides the brands with a quantifiable perspective from the customers.

Mystery shoppers come from the customers. They are paid to go shopping according to the designed scenarios in order to access the quality of service. They are usually required to fill out a questionnaire after the shopping.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Work as project leader to coordinate with related function to complete the project under company’s standard.   

Principal Responsibilities:

?  In accordance project schedule to search the people (local & foreigner) who are interested in luxury product and match our client’s requirement to be the mystery shopper.

?  Conduct the briefing with mystery shopper to train them how to be a good mystery shopper.

?  Coordinate with mystery shopper for mission assignment and schedule arrangement.

?  Follow up the questionnaire issues that mystery shopper should complete it within 24 hours after visiting.

?  In charge of the first questionnaire proofread to sure all information are filled up and the answer match company’s requirement.

?  Communicate with our client to confirm the detail of the project and coordinate with key account manager to verify all questionnaires match their requirement.

?  Other assignment from project manager.

Qualification Required:

?  Bachelor/Master student

?  Major marketing or related

?  Has Intermediate Interpreting License （英语中级口译证书）

?  Minimal 4 days available for full time work per week from June to July.

?  Has telephone sales or marketing survey experience is plus
