Supplier Development Specialist供应商发展专员(社会责任相关咨询工作)

Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate supplier and factory social compliance systems
2. Conduct root cause analysis and implementation of effective solutions to support capacity building remediation plans
3. Improve audit assessment ratings to meet Wal-Mart standards
4. Train and educate suppliers and factory management to apply analysis and problem solving to their factories
5. Support suppliers and factory management in taking ownership for deriving and implementing socially responsible and sustainable solutions which support continuous improvement
6. Work with suppliers, industry associations, governments, non governmental organizations and other stakeholders on collaborative initiatives and partnerships
7. Acts as a knowledge expert for Supplier Development Specialist

6. 与供应商、行业协会、政府、非政府组织和其他有关部门合作，提出倡议,建立伙伴关系.
7. 为供应商发展专员提供专业知识指导

Requirements:
1. Degree holder in business, engineering, legal or related fields
2. Knowledge and expertise of supplier and factory remediation and development including effective root-cause assessment, appropriate and objective issue-resolution

recommendations, and proposal of successful implementation plans
3. Good command of English and good communication skills
1. 大学本科学历,工商管理、工程、法律或相关专业毕业
2. 拥有协助供应商和工厂作出整改和进一步发展的专业知识和经验，包括进行有效的根本原因分析，提出客观、恰当的解决方案，以及可行的实施计划
3. 英文流利，拥有良好的沟通技巧
