Job Description:

 

-      Support business on employee data analysis, tracking dash board and monthly HC review

-      Develop and distribute reports on a regular basis and upon request

-      Assist with implementation and coordinate major Human Resources processes (e.g. annual and midyear promotions, annual performance management, compensation and salary administration) according to geographic/entity guidelines.

-      Coordinate the implementation of HR programs and initiatives

-      Team with other HR Generalists to support organization transformation

-      Support and advice executives on HR policy, ensure compliance to the company's policies

-      Support the integration project if needed

 

Your Profile:

 

-  Bachelor degree above, major in Human Resources, Finance, business administration, economics or related

-  Be good at Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

-  Good presentation skills;

-  Be Proficient at data analysis and reporting, with exceptional analytical skills and deal with numbers

-  Good interpersonal and communication skills, capable to work independently

-  Cooperative, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure;

-  Good spoken and written English is a must;
