** Product Engineer （产品工程师 1 名）

Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate / Execute new product offloads plan.
2. Interface with customer on product offloads, and provide assessment and information on test capabilities, and providing solutions to barriers/constraints.
3. Performs required test correlation, evaluation, and test characterization on new product offloads, and shall communicate to customer the test results or if any- test correlation issues and resolutions.
4. Generate Test Setup Specification based on customer’s test requirements for production to support the product.
5. Recommends/executes plans/strategies for overall product health improvement covering quality and cost (i.e. test coverage, test time, yield, process flow, parallelism, hold lot disposition, etc.)
Requirements:
1. Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent with minimum 1 year of IC-Test experience. Fresh graduates with good electronics knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
1. Improve test equipment performance in achieving target equipment utilization and uptime.
2. Drive and support test cell productivity improvement programs.
3. Maintain and improve test hardware/interfaces.
4. Support production in the daily line issues.
5. Responsible in providing adequate support in repair and set-up of handler or prober equipments with aim of preventing and minimizing equipment downtime.
6. Install, set up and buy-off handler or prober equipments, and maintain its performance to specifications.
7. Plan and implement effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program on the equipment as well as organize installation of new equipment to support the production ramp.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent with minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with good electronics knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
