MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Support staffing team for daily work
• Make related preparation and handle on board procedure for new employees
• Responsible for Shanghai residence card application
• Maintain personal information in HR system & database, prepare monthly reports
• Employee personal file management

 

Requirements:

 

• College degree above
• Good mandarin and English language in both writing and speaking.
• Detail oriented.
• Be familiar with office soft ware.
