SALES COORDINATOR AUTOMOTIVE, BEIJING
Reports To: Sales& Analytical Solution Director
Effective Date: ASAP
Position Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the company’s products/services team, and developing, maintaining relationships with existing named accounts in connection with direct sales to end-users.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinates the sales activities, customer visiting and regular sales meeting of sales team.
Support sales team in contract management, document preparation and SalesForce management.
Coordinates the request and delivery with other team and Polk global team.
Coordinates the relationship with vendors and partners.
Builds and maintains relationships with clients.
Informs customers of supply, price, and new product and/or service lines.
Researches and resolves customer problems.
Listens to the voice of the customer and provides input to Product Managers/Specialist/Analyst regarding new product ideas and ideas for enhancements.
Keeps learning product and industry knowledge.
Secondary Responsibilities
Performs other duties as requested by management
Relationships/Contacts
Works with sales teams and production teams, filing, billing and customers
Leadership/Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not supervise anyone
Minimum Qualifications
New grade is preferred. Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, financing, computer science, engineering or equivalent combination of education.
Experience using a database or software application.
Excellent communication, customer service and presentation skills.
Exceptional Chinese and English written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
