Job Description: We are looking for a talented student, who has good learning potential and is willing to learn communication skills and coordination skills in an international company; The intern will be given work-on training on daily support process and project management processes;
A mentor will be assigned to him. After a few moths work-on training the intern should be able to act as junior coordinator in support team; Assist support team in creating document; Act as junior project coordinator for the small projects handled by support team。 Assist customer care lead and support manager in the following tasks: Communicate with clients and partners, schedule meetings, generating meeting minutes; Create project documents; Cross function communication with different Irdeto teams; Manage project schedule, resource, quality and risk; Act as junior coordinator within the support team; Act as internal admin。 Interfacing Authority: Irdeto CC team leader; Irdeto Support manager; APAC ICCB CC team; China CA CC team; Required Skills; Excellent English and Chinese communication skills; College degree in computer science or related area; Reasonable knowledge of customer care and billing applications; Act as a good team player and is capable of working through long hours and under pressure。
