Mercer Information Product Solution Intern Recruitment (Shanghai)

Primary Objective

The position supports the delivery of HR practice reports to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. This is a demanding position that requires delivering under challenging conditions.

Key responsibilities:

-Support consultants to deliver standardized and customized questionnaires and reports

-Support multiple assignments concurrently

-Collect/check/analysis Compensation & Benefit related data

-Answer clients' queries regarding products and usage of online tools etc.

-Support in operational duties

We highly welcome excellent university students from SHUFE. Candidates need to exhibit the following attributes:

-Attention to details and able to deal with large quantity of data

-Conscientious of time and quality

-Effective communication and team work

-Time management skills and able to work in multiple tasks concurrently

-Individual must be highly motivated and able to work independently

-Good phone etiquette

Proficient in the following have advantage:

-Statistics/Computer science/Human Resource Management or related major

-Microsoft Excel and other office series

-VB/VBA and database

-English (speaking, reading, writing)
