Service Engineer (Customer Support)
Work Location:
Job Objective:
To be responsible to provide professional customer support services to contracted customer.
Responsibilities:
· To investigate, deliver remedy & restorations and produce solutions to problems reported by customers
· Work on proactive maintenance and support.
· To provide on-site support service to customers.
· To develop and design methods, tools and scripts within a defined framework and in accordance to customer requirements.
· To plan, design and optimize the network based on the customers’ requirements on the technical functionality
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master Degree of first level University, major in Software design, Telecommunications, Software engineering or Electronics etc.
- 2012 new graduates or experienced professionals are acceptable
- Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing
- Well organized and have structure thinking
- Initiative and positive personal personality
- Highly experience of TCP/IP knowledge, CCNP/CCIE certification is preferred.
