the Researcher is responsible for doing whatever it takes (in line with our company standards, processes, and policies) to fulfill each assigned search project. He/She will manage and deliver the following recruitment service aspects of each case, including the requirement briefing, candidate sourcing, qualifying, interview arrangement, candidate report preparation, assisting consultant during reference check, offer proposal, and all the events before the successful candidate's commencement of new job.
The Researcher needs to conduct the industrial search and collect the market intelligence, and candidate data input.
