IT Helpdesk Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
1. Answer phone calls to the Tyco Electronics China Help Desk promptly and professionally; must also accept and process inquiries from other sources such as web tickets, email messages, and walk-ups
2. Provide first level troubleshooting to desktop/network/office & business application problem
3. Administer end user requests and projects. Coordinate resources to solve problems. Apply knowledge and judgment to problem situations and perform appropriate action in accordance with Tyco IT standard and established procedures
Position Qualifications/Competencies - Required:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology
- Fluent in English, customer service mindset, communication skills
- Shift duty required
