雷蛇(上海)代表处急招一名Community Manager,内容如下:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with partners to develop and manage the Razer-related on-line community
  • Develop effective plans to build the popularity and high traffic of websites
  • Closely work with media and outside partners such as Advertising/Promotion/PR Agencies to promote the on-line community
  • Effectively communicate with Razer to obtain updates to enrich the content of the community, in a timely fashion
  • Thoroughly update / provide regular status reports and analyze internet/web site requests
  • Assist in online marketing research when needed, strategic planning and brainstorming
  • Create and execute on/offline community management strategies
  • Create new ways to be more effective in community outreach including tournaments, viral programs, contests, online chats, etc .
  • Work as the public voice of Razer to the fans
  • Develop trust, and an online persona that generates fan loyalty within the communities you manage
  • Research and evolve key community and online marketing tools and vendors to be competitive in the gaming industry and on the web.
  • Manage to carry out community and promotional initiatives as needed
  • Report relevant feedback on community activities to product groups
  • Work with development team and marketing team to improve products pre and post launch.
  • Work with marketing team to optimize strategy and coordinate online marketing initiatives with online advertising messages.
  • . Run and manage online events including tournaments, contests and chats.
