Job Description
Work with the Marketing Team and under the direction of the Marketing Director to produce marketing material, run events, provide corporate communication, participate in training program, make website updates, negotiate vendor relations and support sales team.
Position: Marketing Assistant
Reports To: Marketing Director
Position Requirements:
1. Advanced English: speaking, writing, listening
2) Ability to organize and run Events, start to finish
3) Ability to handle marketing projects from start to finish
4) Advanced negotiation skills with Vendors in person, on phone and online
5) Advanced Skill in Open Office Suite
6) Advanced Skill in Microsoft Office, Word, PPT, Excel
7) Ability to learn our company software including, Sugar, Webdav
8) Ability to to basic English / Chinese translation
9) Ability to be flexible in job duties from day to day
10) Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Position Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1) Create, or update marketing materials in Open Office or MS Office
2) Work with vendor to print and make marketing materials
3) Work with in our company software to keep marketing materials up to date
4) Update company website in English and Chinese
5) Some basic translation from English to Chinese for our marketing material and website
6) Run Events, start to finish
7) In house preparation of Brochures and Marketing material to be used by the sales team
8) Scanning business cards and entering into our internal software to support sales
9) Process Marketing Team fapiao
10) order lunch and other items needed by Marketing Team
