Sales Admin Intern
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in amending the report ,lean to typewriting ,coordinate PowerPoint and Excel etc;
2. Assist the colleague in handling the bidding;
3. Manage the document and data;
4. Provide support to activities,such as workshop with customers, FAC meeting;
5. Keep close contact with all relevant departments .
Requirements;
1. Undergraduate or postgruduate, majored in MBA or commnunications or related field.
2. With part-time adm. experiece preferred, be able to work at least 4 working days per week
3. Good analytical and communication skill;
4. Good team player and high responsibility;
5. Ability to read, write and interpret documents, rules and policies and report skills for routine mails and correspondence ;
6. Good English skills, must be able to communicate in English, CET-6 required;
7. Good working knowledge of PC software such as MS word, PowerPoint and Excel etc;
8. Good operation of office fixing, or intent to study operation, such as prinder, scanner and so on;
