Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities,
-Reviews enquiries and contracts to ensure that customers' requirements are well-understood and can be satisfied within company's ability and policy
-Prepares quotation in COH accurately and according to the defined company standard and policy for customer to facilitate business negotiation
-Coordinates with SKF Group and related functional areas to achieve the defined level of service-out reliability and customer satisfaction
-Handles administrative complaints promptly to provide satisfactory explanation and corrective actions to customers
-Assists in sales forecasting of back-orders to facilitate the monitoring of sales target achievement
-Advises customer about shipping status and related documents to ensure that customers are well informed of the delivery status
-Coordinates with business team or customer to arrange goods return and follow up on the issue of credit note after receiving inspection
Requirements,
-Junior and Major Mechanic,International trade or Logistics management
-Knowledge of I/E and shipping practices
-Basic PC skills especially in handling data processing and word processing
-Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skill
-Fluency in English and Mandarin
-Knowledge in business and commercial field
-4 days a week
