职位：IT工程师助理（实习）

岗位职责：

    

• 为员工提供网络和电脑的支持。
  
  
• 为新员工配置计算机系统（Windows和Linux 的）

    

• 支持IT与用户的沟通问题。

    

• 装配显示器以及为电脑配置相应的打印机，传真机，投影仪

    

• 偶尔需要解决正常工作时间以外的紧迫问题

岗位要求：

    

• 最少1年的使用Windows和Linux系统的经验

    

• 熟悉Office操作软件（如Word，EXCEL，POWERPOINT）

    

• 良好的口头和书面沟通技巧

    

• 英语会话能力

    

• 能够安排任务的优先级以及管理简单的任务

    

• 能够快速的立即并解决技术问题者优先

    

• 良好的客户服务技巧

计算机及相关背景优先

    

• 网络和网络设备（无线，DSL，交换机的基本知识）

responsibility:
   

• Provide network and desktop support to staff.

   

• Configure computer systems for new hires (Windows and Linux Ubuntu)

   

• Support IT communications issues with users.

   

• Configure and set up monitors, printers, fax, projectors

   

• Occasionally work outside of regular business hours to resolve urgent issues

 
requirement
   

• Minimum of 1 year experience in using Windows or Linux operating system

   

• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

   

• Good oral and written communication skills

   

• Conversational English ability

   

• Ability to prioritize and manage simple tasks

   

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly is a plus

   

• Good customer service skills.

   

• Some study in Computer Science or IT certification is a plus

 
These are some additional useful skills:
   

• Basic knowledge of networking and network equipment (wireless, DSL, switches)
