1 - Introduction
ZAIS Solutions Shanghai is the Chinese subsidiary of ZAIS Group LLC, a global credit asset manager with operations in the US, Europe and Asia. ZAIS Group currently oversees approximately USD8bn of assets, focusing on alternative credit investments (CDS, CDOs, ABS, Mortgages etc). The Shanghai Office was created in 2007 and currently employs over 30 people. Instead of opening an outsourcing office, ZAIS Group has decided to incorporate the Shanghai office entirely in its global platform and is currently looking for talented graduate students interested in a career in international financial markets.

Job Description
The Financial Data Analysts are the junior members of the Credit Analysis team. The Financial Data Analysts will be responsible for gathering the financial reports, extracting the information from the reports and processing the data into our analytical platforms. Their results will be used by the rest of the Credit Analysis team and the Portfolio Managers to make investment decisions. It is expected that the best Financial Data Analysts will become Credit Analysts once their training is completed. The Credit Analysis team is globally integrated and communication between the different offices of the group is key to its success.
Job Requirement
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
2. Familiarity with English version of Windows system and Office application and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
4. Proven interest in financial markets
