2、物理、分析化学、材料物理化学等相关专业

• Organize and conduct the chemical & structural analysis of global friction products to get information about their composition and their manufacturing process.
• Use the results of the analysis to reverse engineer material formulas based on known and available raw materials, and to estimate material cost.
• Keep close relation to the engineering centers in China and Europe to permanently improve the investigation process and introduce new/updated analysis methods and equipments.
• Organize and conduct chemical and structural analysis for chemicals and own products to support engineering & quality in front of our customers.

1、Master degree in chemistry and material, analytical chemistry is preferred.

2、Excellent knowledge of chemical analysis methods and the respective equipment, such as FIIR, ICP, SEM/EDX.

3、Has experience in analyzing chemical products or composites materials matrixes, analyzing friction material is preferred.

4、Good communication skills. Fluent in Chinese with good presentation skill.

5、Good written and oral English communication skill.

6、Team work spirit and customer focus.

7、Strong execution capability.
