Job Title: Associate

Working Location: Shanghai

 

Overview

The Associate’s role is the first approach to candidates and to get the first hand market intelligence for each order.  Reporting to Account Director, the incumbent will be expected to map out the targeted talent market in a smart and professional manner, and proactively provide feedback to Consultant or AD.

 

 

Position Description

-          Make the first call to candidate for case briefing and motivation check;

-          Conduct comprehensive mapping according to the targeted direction agreed with Client and Consultant;

-          Day to day update mapping progress & candidate feedback to Consultant;

-          Collect candidate CVs, update candidate records and comments into GOLDATA and make sure the accuracy;

-          Maintain delivery of service in an agreed level, maintain candidate and client relations;

-          Attend client case brief meeting with consultant to understand the search direction and client requirements;

-          Proactively contributing to company infrastructure and team development.

 

Requirements

- At least a bachelor degree holder with entrepreneur spirit, Returnee will be preferred;

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good team player;

- Ability to work independently, and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines;

- Self-motivated, proactive, target driven, and hungry to succeed; and

- Fluent in verbal and written English, good computer skills including Word, Excel and any database software.
