RightOne International招聘--顾问助理 - 实习生 
工作地点：北京

 岗位职责：
-    配合猎头顾问做好相关行业的调查分析，掌握目标公司的组织机构和目标人员的信息；
-    与候选人就目标职位的意向、发展空间、待遇及其他信息进行沟通；
-    候选人简历整理及录入工作，协调候选人面试等工作安排；
-    协助团队成员完成其他事务性工作。

任职要求:
-    本科及以上在校学生，一周保证至少4天的工作时间；
-    优秀的沟通协调能力和技巧，出色的表达能力和说服力，有良好的应变能力；
-    猎头行业有较浓厚的兴趣性格开朗，富有激情，能承受工作压力；
-    信息敏感度、学习能力强，具有优秀的团队合作精神；
-    熟练操作office办公软件；
