[上海]SAP招聘KPS Learning Management Services Intern

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE

As part of the global SAP Education organization, Knowledge Productization Services (KPS) is SAP's dedicated service provider for all types of formal and informal learning. KPS supplies SAP-internal and commercial learning needs around the globe in a cost effective and efficient way.

Learning Management Services (LMS), as part of KPS organization, focus on traditional and virtual classroom training planning and delivery, mainly for SAP-internal globally. We work closely with all other internal learning organizations to ensure the success of SAP-internal learning.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS (COMPANY FIT/JOB FIT)

- Be responsible for the global e-learning uploading tasks
- Be the expert in using the SAP learning solution and ensure data accuracy
- Establish the expertise in the e-learning area and be able to consult internal employees in the long term
- Quality assurance and continuous improvement of tools and processes
- Support in other operational tasks as assigned
- Strictly follow the policies, standards, rules, and agreed SLAs
- Be flexible to help out other team members and live the "ONE KPS" spirit 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE)

- University candidate in grade 3-4, or master in grade 1-2
- Excellent English Skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent inter-personal and inter-cultural communication skills
- Hard working attitude and able to work under pressure and with deadlines
- Focus on quality, attention to details
- Good planning- and organizing skills
- Team player
- Analytical skills and problem solving competency 
- Advanced PC skills, particularly MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Solid numeric skills, experience of working with Reporting tools would be an advantage

WORK EXPERIENCE (PERFORMANCE CAPABILITY OR SKILLS)

Start Date:  as soon as possible
Duration:  1 year
Working Hours: At least 4 days per week, preferably full time
