Job Description:
- Support team in general administration duties
- Raise all related purchase requisitions via system such as office supplies.
- Making monthly claim for project team members
- Organize travel application and air ticket and hotel booking for project team
- Responsible for other administration issues.
Qualification:
- bachelor or master degree
- 5 working days per week is preferred
- Fast learner
- Strong communication skills both written and oral English
- Excellent computer skill (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- 6-month intern contract
